To provide customers with a seamless and professional purchasing experience, Inox Viet Nam Manufacturing & Trading Co., Ltd. implements a flexible, transparent, and cost-optimized shipping policy, supporting nationwide delivery.

With warehouse facilities located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, we ensure rapid response to all orders, enhancing convenience throughout customers’ procurement and production processes.

Scope of Application

This shipping policy applies to:

All customers purchasing stainless steel coils, sheets, or using fabrication services at Inox Viet Nam.
Delivery coverage: nationwide.

Shipping Methods & Policy

Free delivery within a 30 km radius from Inox Viet Nam’s warehouse or manufacturing plant for orders weighing 4 tons or more. For orders not eligible for free delivery, transportation fees will be clearly discussed and mutually agreed upon, ensuring transparency and competitive pricing.

Customers may choose one of the following delivery methods:

Self-Pickup at the Factory

Customers arrange their own transportation.
Inox Viet Nam provides full support for packaging, securing, and safely loading goods onto the vehicle.

Delivery via Inox Viet Nam’s Transportation Service

We arrange suitable transportation and deliver goods on schedule to the customer’s designated address.

Inox Viet Nam offers a comprehensive solution — from sourcing genuine stainless-steel materials, customized fabrication, to final delivery — helping customers save time and optimize logistics costs.

Delivery Lead Time

For Hanoi and surrounding areas:

Orders placed in the morning → delivered same day.
Orders placed in the afternoon/evening → delivered on the next business day.
Customers may request specific delivery time slots; we arrange flexibly to accommodate these requirements.
For other provinces and cities
Delivery time ranges from 2–5 days, depending on distance and order characteristics.
For special-fabrication or pre-order items, delivery time may be extended; this will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

Responsibility for Transported Goods

For goods transported directly by Inox Viet Nam or by an authorized carrier, we take full responsibility for the condition of the goods throughout the delivery process. Upon receiving the goods, customers are responsible for thoroughly checking:

Quantity
Specifications
Surface condition and packaging

If any issues are detected (scratches, dents, incorrect items), customers should:

Record the issue on the delivery note
Take photos
Contact the sales representative or our Hotline immediately

If customers arrange their own transportation or appoint a third-party carrier, all risks and additional costs incurred during transportation shall be borne by the customer.
