As part of the Year-End Review Program, Inox Vietnam organized a company-wide employee competency assessment across the entire system. This professional activity reflects the company’s commitment to transparent governance and its strong focus on human resource development.
During the assessment, employees participated in direct oral interviews with the Board of Management, covering key areas such as professional expertise, operational process understanding, corporate culture awareness, and the ability to handle real-world work situations. This interview-based evaluation method provided an accurate reflection of each individual’s competence, mindset, and job readiness.

At the conclusion of the program, the Board of Management reviewed the results, classified performance levels, and awarded corresponding honors to employees with outstanding achievements. This recognition not only acknowledges the efforts made throughout the year but also serves as a strong motivation for employees to continue improving and growing in the next phase.
