As part of the 2025 Year-End Review Meeting, the Board of Management of Inox Vietnam reviewed and evaluated the company’s operational performance throughout the year, while also sharing strategic directions, objectives, and development plans for the upcoming period.


During the meeting, the leadership provided key insights into the company’s achievements and challenges, setting a clear roadmap for sustainable growth in the years ahead.
Notably, the program dedicated time to present certificates of merit to outstanding individuals, departments, and teams, based on results from the employee competency assessment. In addition, the Board of Management honored exemplary individuals in categories such as high-potential employees, innovation, dedication, and professional work ethic, recognizing their positive contributions to the company’s overall development.
