To create an opportunity for employees to connect, strengthen teamwork, and recharge after months of work, Inox Viet Nam organized its Q3 Team Building program at Duc Hoa Factory in Ho Chi Minh City.
The event brought together employees at Duc Hoa Factory for a series of engaging team activities designed to encourage collaboration, teamwork, and stronger connections among colleagues.
A Lively Atmosphere at the Q3 Team Building
From the very beginning, the team building program at Duc Hoa Factory created an energetic atmosphere, with employees actively participating in each activity.
Teams took on a variety of challenges that required close coordination, mutual support, and effective teamwork. Each activity offered a different experience while giving colleagues an opportunity to interact and get to know one another beyond their usual working environment.
Team spirit was evident throughout the event. The enthusiasm, encouragement, and competitive spirit of the participants helped create an energetic and memorable team building experience.

Strengthening Teamwork Through Shared Challenges
One of the highlights of the program was the series of team-based activities. To complete each challenge, participants had to work together, divide responsibilities, and support one another throughout the process.
As the activities progressed, the spirit of teamwork became increasingly evident. Colleagues from different roles and areas of work came together through direct collaboration, creating stronger connections within the team.
This reflects one of the values behind Inox Viet Nam’s internal activities: providing employees with opportunities to connect, relax, and strengthen relationships within the workplace.

Team Building as Part of Inox Viet Nam’s Corporate Culture
Alongside its manufacturing and business operations, Inox Viet Nam places importance on creating a connected working environment. Regular team building activities provide employees with opportunities to engage in group activities, interact with colleagues, and share memorable moments beyond their daily work.
With the company’s manufacturing operations taking place across its factories, effective coordination and teamwork play an important role in daily operations. Team engagement activities therefore provide an additional opportunity for employees to build mutual understanding and strengthen collaboration.
Closing a Day Full of Energy
The Q3 Team Building program at Duc Hoa Factory came to an end with many memorable moments. Through the challenges and group activities, employees shared new experiences and created lasting memories with their colleagues.
Inox Viet Nam hopes that activities such as the Q3 Team Building program will continue to create meaningful opportunities for employees to connect, recharge, and bring positive energy to the journey ahead.
