To strengthen operational management, optimize organizational efficiency, and enhance customer service capabilities, Inox Viet Nam Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd. officially announces the merger of its Ho Chi Minh Branch into Duc Hoa Ho Chi Minh Factory, effective July 10, 2026.
This strategic decision marks an important milestone in the company’s organizational development, enabling a more unified management structure and more efficient utilization of operational resources. Following the merger, all manufacturing, business operations, customer services, and commercial activities in Southern Vietnam will be centralized at:
Lot Q7A/Q8, Road No. 7, Hai Son Industrial Park (GD 3+4 Expansion), Duc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.

The merger does not affect the legal registration status of the Ho Chi Minh Branch. All business transactions, customer support, and commercial activities will continue without interruption, ensuring seamless service for customers and business partners.
At the same time, Inox Viet Nam has completed the organizational structure of Duc Hoa Ho Chi Minh Factory with a unified management system, optimized workforce allocation, and standardized operating procedures aligned with the company’s management standards.
